Sustainability Reporting

(Environment, Social and Governance Related Performance Reporting)

Sustainability reporting is a report prepared by an organization to convey to its internal and external stakeholders how much it contributes to sustainable development goals in economic, environmental, social and governance areas. By conducting sustainability reporting, companies can better evaluate the risks and opportunities they face or may encounter, strengthen their corporate image and customer loyalty, and measure, compare and improve their sustainability performance according to legal, normative, regulatory, standards and initiatives. In addition, by complying with national and international regulations, their corporate reputation can be increased, and it is possible to understand what companies and stakeholders expect in the field of sustainable development.

Greenlife Consultancy is a member of the GRI Community, which brings together more than 500 organizations around the world in the field of sustainability reporting. Through this membership, we aim to show our business partners how to report and improve their social, environmental, and economic impacts in accordance with global reporting standards. We evaluate each activity of companies based on their ability to create economic, environmental, and social impact, and we support them in carrying out a reporting process compatible with their communication strategies.

We carry out Sustainability Reporting in 4 stages:

  1. Assessment and Analysis: We assess the current situation of companies and analyze their sustainability performance. This assessment includes economic, environmental, and social dimensions and assists companies in identifying their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement and Identifying Material Issues: We identify all stakeholders affected by companies and ensure that they understand their expectations. This helps shape sustainability strategies and the reporting process in line with stakeholder expectations. In addition, by identifying the material issues of the companies, we also determine their road maps.
  3. Design and Reporting: We design a sustainability reporting process in line with the companies’ communication strategies. In this process, we work with our business partners experienced in content and design to make companies’ reports effective and attractive.
  4. Reporting Standards and Compliance: We ensure reporting in accordance with international reporting standards and harmonize companies’ sustainability reports with internationally accepted standards.
